The Orchid hotel in Tel Aviv has a lot going for it. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and close to public transport. The breakfast selection blew me away. Fresh salads, hot dishes, and made-to-order omelettes made every morning a treat. The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and featured a comfortable bed. However, I faced some issues during my stay. Navigating the hotel was complicated. I had to take two separate lifts to get to the dining area or pool, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Also, the lack of communication from the staff when I checked in about this layout was disappointing. I wasted a lot of time figuring things out instead of enjoying my stay. Additionally, some areas appeared a bit dated, and the pool felt smaller than I expected. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel, but some improvements in guest navigation and staff guidance would really enhance the experience.
